I love my bank - FNB

I recently wrote a very poor review for FNB, when the fault was actually mine. I was authorised to make payments from our body corporate account and after the account was closed I asked to have my devices de-linked. I thought that the bank had not done that, but it was because I had used a setting that kept the prompt on my laptop. I apologise to FNB for making such an idiotic error and thank them for their diligence and patience in clearing it up.
