I logged a complaint with FNB yesterday. Sorted out this morning.
<p>I would like to thank the person at FNB who handled my request of my refund on my account, she logged a formal complaint after I've been struggeling for 2 weeks to get my refund from my FNB smart loan account, the refund was done this morning.</p>
I've received your compliment that you logged. Thank you so much for taking the time to compliment Daffnie Govender.
I will be sure to pass on your thanks and comments to management and I am so pleased that we've managed to live up to our brand's slogan "How can we help you?"
We are truly glad to hear of the wonderful service you have received from our staff.
