I loathe RMB - No relationship banking at all

I have been with RMB since I arrived in SA 15 years ago My experience is that the promise the earth and give you a sand-pit. I have been through so many "relationship" managers and never know who is who. Last year I thought things had changed. I had a relationship. So, I closed all business and personal accounts with other banks and moved all over to RMB. I moved my wills and most of my offs**** accounts to RMB. Every TWO WEEKS, for about four months, I get threatened with txt’s and e-mail informing me that unless I complete more documentation, my business accounts will be suspended. I have sent the same documents in a dozen times. If I WhatsApp my new relationship manager I get no reply. If I call, I get voicemail. If I e-mail, I get a message to say that they get to many e-mails so I must contact his assistant. I have been contacting her for months and NOT ONE REPLY AT ALL! Now I get told that I have a new relationship-private manage and when she has time, she will call me.

I loathe this institution.
