Ordered labtop from FNB. They detucted money for delivery. Phone couriers. It has been cancelled as they could not get hold of me om a number that is not in use for the past two years. They got the no from FNB. Re-order and told to phone after 10 working days. Re-deduct money for delivery. Phone today as they have still not delivered. Again it has been cancelled due to the number that does not exist. Phone raqai to find out what is happening. Yes it has been cancelled and no they have the correct number. I can not ask questions as she talks over me the whole time. Frustrated I did get as this is not the service i am used to from FNB. I really need the labtop and will NOT apply for the third time.
