I left without getting my card

I got an sms on my phone saying I must go pickup my card, after I registered online. I then got to the branch and i was sent to the tellers, after waiting in the line for some time, I was told that I should go to a different line. I went to that line and I was later told, that I have to go to the consultants. So I left without my card
