I keep on receiving SMS requesting FICA Documents!

I recently switched my banking to FNB.

Since switching I keep on receiving the same SMS from FNB stating that I need to submit my ID and Proof of Address for FICA purposes (or my accounts will be frozen). I have emailed my documents to [Email Removed] and even received a REPLY STATING THAT ALL IS IN ORDER! Thereafter, I received the same SMS again, and consequently submitted my documents to the FNB Heidelberg branch. They confidently told me that would be it, but yet again I received the SMS!

The timeline is as follows:

16.06.2015 - Received SMS
17.06.2015 - Submitted via [Email Removed]
22.06.2015 - Received email reply from [Email Removed] that ALL IS INORDER
06.07.2015 - Received SMS again
07.07.2015 - Submitted documents to FNB Heidelberg Branch
22.07.2015 - Received SMS again
23.07.2015 - Submitted via [Email Removed] again
23.07.2015 - Called Customer Care - feedback problem is sorted out
28.07.2015 - Received SMS again
29.07.2015 - Called Customer Care - feedback, problem was unlinked accounts, fixed (Call Ref Rh***)
07.08.2015 - Received SMS again

If my FICA docs are not in place, my accounts will be frozen! I cannot have that happen!
