I JUST WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT PLEASE!!!!

I have been trying to close my FNB Platinum Cheque Account and Credit Card for weeks now!!<br> I am not in SA and can't get anyone to help me. I have sent at least 10 mails to my supposed \banker"with no response. Now a month has gone by and banking fees were deducted from my accounts which had a zero balance"
