I Just Want My Money! : Update

Update: following my previous post, I was contacted by FNB, with little to no help. They said my funds were refunded to my credit acc( which was untrue, that original amount was NOT reflecting on my banking app), and I even took screenshots to prove such action from my banking app. If anything, I am appalled by this behaviour and would DEFINITELY NOT be recommending banking with this business. I will be beginning the process of leaving this bank and moving to another. This has been a long, emotionally draining week of a rollercoaster with FNB, a bank I have used religiously since 2010. This was the final straw on the camel's back.
