I just want bank statements!!!!!!!

I am standing in the line at the ATM for the second time now. I arrived at 15h00 and sat down at the service section to ask for 3 months bank statements only after about 40 minutes being told if I dont remember my online banking details, which I don't, they cant help me and I must do it at the ATM. I stood there for another 20 minutes and discovered that I do have my online details so I went back to fetch a ticket and do it again as there were no one at the service section. When I wanted to take a ticket I got told NO i must go back into the atms line and do it there. Now I am stading in a line with more then 10 people infront of me. Its now 16h10. I am moving my account
