I JUST NEED MY RECENT STATEMENT

I called FNB to get my recent bank statement and they kept on bouncing me from one department to another, then finally they tell me that I need to change the statement cycle and I say that’s fine but my urgency is getting my recent statement now because I have to use it. They tell me they can’t do, I must wait a month to get it.. like really?? And worst of all they cut the call!!
