I just need help
This is one bank that you will never receive any help from. I just need a letter stating that my bank card is cancelled. I went to the branch at Ilanga Mall and they could not assist me. I called the call centre several time and I was transferred from department to department. Me writing this review might also be a waste of time. I just need a document stating my bank card is cancelled. I was told by one of the agents that they only have the document for premier banker.
