I just give up .

About a week ago i put in a query about a concern about a bank account thats not supposed to be opened but closed , and the dact that a card that are ordered for me and eventually numurouse times force sent to me by a courier service for Fnb .ive informed Fnb about the issue , there responce was very quick but communication are lost and now its a nightmare .everyday a different person is calling to find out what is the problem .i cant explain to every person which this query is transfered to , after i detailed explained in an email.
