I incurred extra costs because of incompetence

I wanted to close my credit card as I have almost settled it, I asked Bridgette Sethusa to assist me As the R875.17 settlement amount would not transfer from my cheque or my savings acc to the credit card, I explained this to her on 28 Feb she didn’t respond to help me, this is why I downgraded from A private clients account because I was paying so much and never getting help, now my FNB balance has gone up to R1025.56 when I wanted to settle and close it yesterday already but because of incompetence now I incur extra costs
