I have tried to open a company and account with fa

I am beyond frustrated for over five weeks I have tried to open a company through fnb and an account number. the branch manager at fnb woodmead started helping me but soon disappeared and has not followed through to make sure the account was opened. I have emailed her and the cipc documents department as well as the escalations department at the cipc and this has not been success. I initially tried to apply over five weeks ago with reference LFY2mc but then I was told that application was missing so I did a new application. this is so frustrating and I cant understand why the escalations department and the branch manager at woodmead could not assist me so I didn't have to go through hello peter. I gave them numerous opportunities. I cant stand fnb at this stage and would rather go to another bank
