I have take a policy with FNB for legal advice and I had a document sent to their legal team for review as I needed some advise from their team , I am the client and it’s been weeks without any feedback from the legal department, I am not happy and I feel like I am paying for nothing . I am cancelling and I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their legal services
