Im not getting any joy with the matter in this thread, and everyones email comes with an out of office response,

your website states the following

Provide you with friendly service, and ensure you are satisfied with our service Help you as quick as we possibly can Make you feel welcome, be appreciative of your business and ensure you are satisfied with our service Demonstrate a sense of urgency in our dealings with you Communicate with you in a clear, respectful and easy-to-understand manner and display a willingness to address your concerns

I am not receiving any of the above, I URGENTLY need an issue resolved by their NON-Res Team, but terrible terrible, no information is being provided to me on how to sor this out, I have emailed them what i was initially told to send but still no joy, I HAVE SCHOOL FEES TO PAY STOP PLAYING WITH MY LIFE!!!!!!
