I have reported a ***** complaint, to the ***** team about 2 weeks ago. I received a reference number and 2 days ago a message from FNB, to say that the investigation has been completed, no outcome was provided. I have called the line, ***) at least 6 times today in an attempt to follow up on this. Every time, my call gets cut after about 2 minutes into the conversation.
