I have recently had the privilege to deal with Elizabeth Viljoen, regarding an evaluation of my home. I took the library of calling this lady on her cell phone, as per details listed on the letter I have received from FNB. My personal banker wasn't available to assist me and I needed the evaluation done rather urgently. Elizabeth not only handled my call professionally and friendly. She went out of her way to arrange a new appointment with the evaluator. Please keep it up Elizabeth!
