I have reached my limit.

I am so sick and tired of this bank. I asked for my credit card to be downgraded. Now for the second time they send me a pre-agreement with exactly the same condition. I mean seriously do they think I am stupid. When will I receive the correct documentation, which I have been asking for since February? This is an ongoing battle.
