I have private banking but have to wait in a que for an hour
<p>I have private banking with fnb but not as advertised I have to wait in a crowded room full of people for over an hour inside the Vaal mall branch that has a office for personal banker but when I ask I get told in a rude way that this branch does not have a personal banker. There is only one teller open in the bank and only 3 people in general enquiries at month end. And also my personal banker changed 2 times in the last year without anyone letting me know.</p>
