I have previously given a rating with regards to the service we are receiving. We app**** for a loan in January, it is April, and the incompetency is unfathomable! Never did I think FNB could ever reach this level of mediocrity, but I am bitterly disappointed to say that's what our experience has been!!! From being told that the forms sent to us by their consultants were incorrect and had to be recompleted, to absolutely no feedback nor follow-up! I think it's just fair to take our business elsewhere!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!
