I have my number used by my boyfriend for internet banking with FNB, he keeps on losing his phones

I have my number used by my boyfriend for internet banking with FNB, he keeps on losing his phones. Now they offered him a FNB simcard over a month ago which is not a problem. The consultant that was helping changed my number to FNB one and my simcard was Telekom... That is my problem everything from telkon has been linked to FNB which should not be as my boyfriend wanted to have his own simcard and I have mine... I have been trying to get everything reversed so I can have my Telkon number and first national bank given to my boyfriend. His name is Sithembele Zweni. ***. I went with him today to a Philippi branch for 3rd time and they tell me all the stories that I do not want to hear. All I asked is them to delete whatever they done to my simcard so my life with Telekom can go on. Zweni did not ask for my number to be port which should not have been done without my consent because this number is registered to me not him. I have been to Telkkm that advised FNB must delete whatever they did so I can have my nu ber back. They are not helping me at all. I do not bank with FNB so therfore unable to get help without my boyfriend going to them which they refused to help today. PLEASE HELP
