I have made a transfer into my Global account with them, this was 9 days ago(20 April ) and it has still not reflected, I received an email on the 23 April to fill in a form to the CRS and i did, a day later received a notification on my App to confirm and verify, which I did, today I tried to get ahold of the bank since 8am, being transferred from machine to machine and spent over R800 worth of airtime making the international call. I sent emails as well and no response. No one willing to help
