I have lost my money to a card that i blocked / cancelled already and am still losing more because the transactions are still happening on my account.

I blocked my card after finding out that it has been making transactions that i am not aware of. But even though i cancelled or blocked that card, there are still more transactions happening on my account and it keeps going into a negative balance. and nothing is beeing done to help me out on the money i have lost due to thee *****urant transactions on my account. Please FNB i am really crying out for your serios help because i am already in a financial crisis and yet i have lost even the little money left. i am really confused right now, because it seems like nothing is beeing done to help me solve this issue.
