I have lost my job in 2023 and struggle to keep up with my bond payments

I have lost my job in 2023 and struggle to keep up with my bond payments. I reached out to them explaining my situation and they we’re very helpful. My contract states I can only get 1 Special Arrrangement 12 months. When the 12 months expired I’ve reached out again and ask for other assistance and they we’re so lenient and had grace over my situation, because I made payment by giving my fill pay check which was less than the normal amount they gave me more grace and another 18months Soecial Agreement to pay off my arrears.
