I have lodge a complaint with FNB not one representative has contacted me to rectify my issue at hand!? Been an hour on the in app secure chat speaking to five different individuals yet not one can give a solution or solve the issue

I have lodge a complaint with FNB not one representative has contacted me to rectify my issue at hand!? Been an hour on the in app secure chat speaking to five different individuals yet not one can give a solution or solve the issue. As a new client definitely saddened and regretful to switch my bank to FNB.
