I have had a business account with FNB for more than 5 years

I have had a business account with FNB for more than 5 years. Never have I met my banker. My previous banker, MacCothill, has since promised to call me back but never called until I got tired of being treated like a non-valued client. I then requested that my account be moved to the Southgate branch, hoping to get service. I had hopes when the branch manager phoned me, introducing herself and telling me my business banker will call me and introduce himself and set up an appointment with me, but over 7 months he has not called me. I don't know his name either, so I have decided to move my business account to Capitec Bank , at least I have seen their serivce in this short period of time banking with them.
