I have full clearance certificate letters. FNB says I missed 3 payments which is incorrect.

My clearance certificate and letters were sent in June to you by Debt busters.

But- I see my credit score and report looks abysmal at the moment. How on earth is this even possible when I have clearance for over 4 months already?

It says I missed 3 home loan payments. I did not.

Advise me when you have fixed and updated this on your end as I have full clearance and my credit score and report should not look like this. I need this done immediately. I have waited long enough already.
