I have been with this bank for about my entire life

I have been with this bank for about my entire life. I have requested an increase in my home loan facility. I have an existing rate and it has now been reviewed for the worst. I have never missed any payment therefore am not a risk for all these years? I am so disappointed in how they are treating me as a client and just say No they cannot keep my current rate. I think you don't value loyalty. Maybe it is time to go.
