I have been using this bank for past 11years.I have investment with them But in a time of a need,,I tried applying for overdraft of only R3000,As I needed that money agent But they refuse,,I tried opening a temporary loan again they refuse.I dont have a bad credit record,I have investments with them but they fail to help.I DONT THINK I WIL EVER RECOMMEND FIRST NATIONAL BANK TO ANYONE.THEY ONLY NEED YOUR MONEY BUT IT TIME OF NEED THEY RUN FROM YOU.GOD HELP ME NEXT YEAR IM TAKING ALL MY MONEY TO ANOTHER RELIABLE BANK.THANKS FNB
