I have been trying to get hold of a contact person since my last review. I paid up an account and I am unable to get a paid up letter from them. I left a review here on the 23rd December and only received email communication to which I rep**** a couple of times now with no luck. I need to speak to someone who can give a letter stating that my credit card has been paid in full.
