I have been ****med R480 000

hello peter am very disappointed with the response I've get from FNB I've been ****med 480000 last year 2020 on the 17 the of December they have told me that they have managed to secure my funds on to find out that they did not take my complain serious the time I report the matter. This year on the 2nd of March they send me email which say they managed to secure only R9000 from R480000 I was so surprised and dissapointed and hurting but my case now is with the prosecutors to prosecute it am not sure what is going to be the outcome I've suffered a lot since December till now I have nothing all my money is gone at the bank
