I have been requestimg FNB to close a revolving loan account that i have settled and paid up

I have been requestimg FNB to close a revolving loan account that i have settled and paid up. I was requested to submit proof of settlement , proof of payment for this settlement , also the paid upletter from the Attorney firm GL Attorneys, that FNB contracted to collect the outstanding monies on the Revolving Loan Account *** for Vincent Du Preez ID ***0****9. I sent them all attachments as requested. 1. Confirmation of Compromised settlement received from GL Attorneys for my FNB Revolving Loan account *** , to be settled and paid before 28/02/2026. 2. See also attached Proof of Payment made to settle this account *** , it was paid and settled on the 27/02/2026 as per compromise settlement amount agreed. 3. See attached , confirmation letter from GL Attorneys , confirming settlement of revolving loan account *** is paid up. I have been requested to send it to multiple departments, none of which are helping
