I have been emailing the investigator regarding my ***** case or my account been on hold, it’s been over 27 days and it has passed the turnaround time but I didn’t get any feedback

I have been emailing the investigator regarding my ***** case or my account been on hold, it’s been over 27 days and it has passed the turnaround time but I didn’t get any feedback. I have been emailing them but no reply, everyday in the morning I’m emailing them but I’m getting no reply. I’m not happy with my investigator.
