I have been contacting home connect for more then a week now trying to get reconnected

I have been contacting home connect for more then a week now trying to get reconnected. After them stating that I should I send my proof of address to have things sorted as I seem to have two applications under IOP, nothing has been done. I have been promised by your agents call backs but nothing till this point. Furthermore,I am highly disappointed that my personal information has been laying around with your company that even another IOP can use it to and place me under pending without my consent, what about my rights as a customer. What is POPI Act for if you can allow that to happen. I have requested a managers call back.
