I have been advised of an inward payment which I cannot release due to the FNB Website restrictions regarding overseas post codes for addresses that have gone through the FICA process. This is an ongoing issue that FNB seem not to have the will or go to the effort to resolve. I have been holding for support (international call) due to service providers being busy to arrange the release of the funds, after 20 minutes I was told I have gone through to FOREX business and they will transfer me to the correct department. We are holding on again as they are too busy, 25 minutes and counting. This is now getting very annoying in dealing with FNB. They are very quick to increase tariffs and exceptionally slow to sort the issue out.
