I have been a loyal FNB client for over 20 years, maintaining a strong banking history. Despite this, FNB gave a flat rejection without consideration. Many banks assess credit based on expected earnings, yet FNB dismissed my request outright. If this is how they treat long-standing clients, I will be moving my banking to Discovery next week. Extremely disappointed!
