I have been a long time FNB customer, but my experience of their service in recent years made me move my personal account away. Lately, it feels like even their business services and support has hit all time lows. Business forex is increasingly experiencing errors in busy times. Despite this, I want to enable and make use of their merchant services. Terrible sales experience, requiring an existing business client to complete an emailed pdf with a 2018 date on it. Completed the form, and the supposed 2 business day response from a sales person is now on day 12. Ridiculous. Seems they don't need the business.
