I have been a client of FNB, for ages

I have been a client of FNB, for ages. A bit of background, just to make things clear. I'm disabled and wheelchair bound, to go to a branch of your institution, for me it is a *TOTAL* NIGHTMARE! At the moment I don't have *ANYONE* TO GET ME THERE!! This morning, I tried to log onto the *USELESS* APP, AND GUESS WHAT IT IS NOT WORKING! 😡 Now, I MUST MAKE AN *URGENT* TRANSACTION! Not the end of my miseries YET! YOUR NUMBERS PROVIDED ON YOUR WEBSITE, IS *ALSO* NOT WORKING 😔! I have tried to log into your app, twice, and on my third attempt my account will be BLOCKED!! FNB, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? WELL I SUPPOSE STARTING TO GIVE THE CORRECT CONTACT DETAILS, WOULD BE A GOOD START !
