I have a problem with FNB trust they don't assist a person always have excuses when u ask them a straight question

I have a problem with FNB trust they don't assist a person always have excuses when u ask them a straight question. If they supply information which they have informed of them and u ask them to email it to you. You must look like a fool and beg them. When u finely get the information after 3 to 4 weeks it's incomplete they hiding something. I do have the supporting information to show on this plus a vertical meeting with them on record. I will never in my life do any business with FNB and will never advice anyone to do business with FNB.
