i have a funeral plan aswell as a live insurance policy with fnb its been more than a month now that nobody has called me back after i call them everyday but today somone called me in my live i had never have someone talk to me like this the outmost no regatd for a nother human been no respek shouting and only wants to get there say in till today my funarel plan did not even pay out more than a month later th life insurance i do understand will take time but i had it till here i will be going to the ombudsman aswell as all the majornews outlets because of this service i recieved and no it was not good the lady that called me should not even be alowed to talk to client she is rude and where aufull with me and this is the time i am going theu tuff times because of the death that has happend and i still have to put up with this rudness and everey day it a difrent storie never the same but to my conclusion this matter would not be left here the newspaper wil be in formed and i will tel them my storie as i am the client be are treated as a commen crimenal all the nessesary steps will be taken regarding fnb and there *****ilant adverti*****t and emty promises
