I have a bond with FNB

I have a bond with FNB. I have sold my house to move in with my partner, who also has an FNB bond in arrears, which we want to pay with the proceeds of my house sale. My buyer also has an FNB bond to issue guarantees from but haven't. And pressure from FNB to pay the arrears on my partners place. While we all wait for FNB to get their act together, I am being very negatively affected. So its all with FNB, and my hands are tied. Most frustrating scenario and no help!!!!
