I HATE FNB - CREDIT PROFILE #CHANGEABLES

At the beginning of 2022 a FNB Credit Card was discovered to be on my Credit Profile as I app**** for Vehicle Finance. I subsequently received a Summons for it with all information being incorrect. An amendment was then issued via the attorneys, Hammond Pole and Attorneys. Lawyers can do that. As this was sneaked on to my account, I escalated the matter to the Ombudsman. No joy there as the debt needs to be paid up. I just needed to give some History as to why I absolutely hate FNB. The final payment was made on the account on the 19 May 2023. Uploaded on to my Account on the 27 May 2023 despite being in the account of the attorneys on the 20 May 2023. You must follow procedure. I have requested a Paid up letter because FNB has a habit of damaging my Credit profile, no fault of mine but as a result of bad admin procedure, moving attorneys etc, your personal profile is affected. So I was told that it will take 7 days for me to get a Paid up letter. I am still waiting. The attorneys in question have so much attitude because of the nature of their job. They do not know how to handle people who DO PAY THEIR BILLS.
