I hate FnB
Last week I got so embarrassed when I wanted to pay using my card and even went to the atm, only to find out in the bank that my card is hold, for what I don't know, you guys are way too much, I hate this bank, I want my money out and I'll close it for good, will no longer use it. I hate it, I'll never use fnb again, there was not even a warning at all. Till now I am still blocked, can't access my money, and when we call ***** department they don't answer at all, I can't spend whole week going to fnb. You are such a bad insane bank

17 Oct 2019, 06:51So yesterday I was told my account it's closed with no reason to be given to me as a client, I wouldn't being told that I should my account because of certain but here I am told that they have no reason but to close my account to worsen the issue further they want me to provide a bank statement from my other account so that they may transfer the money in there to the other, my question is, what if I don't have another account, I won't get my money hey????. I have been using this account for almost 10 years this is what I get now. FNB I want no relationship with you whatsoever all I want it's my money since I was closed with no warning, no email, no sms, I mean NOTHING, with ZERO explanation, and whosoever closed my account May He or She see heaven,I Pray
I don't call me explaining anything just send my money to the account I'll send my statements. I'll immediately put my gold Cheque card in my dustbin.
