I hate FNB

My premier cheque account was closed before a refund was supposed to be made.

I had three debit orders that were disputed and was told someone will call me when they ready to make payment. It is now three weeks later.

I keep calling and I keep getting put through to another department. there is no help from the FNB staff.

I need to know when will I receive my refund. That is all.
