I HATE FNB!!!!

I have revolving account with FNB. Was under debt review and my installments we paid monthly. I now call for a settlement amount the amount is shocking high. I am told the are legal fees that i charged, because the Debt review process was terminated in Nov 2018. With no notification and where has the my installments from Dec to date going.

I had the worst experience with FNB, they are very good when comes to charging customers legal fees without proper communication. Why was the Debt Review process cancelled to begin with. I recently had a similar issue with WESBANK where they eventually had to reverse the legal fees.

My finances are back on track since I started working I am going to make sure i STAY AWAY FROM FNB!!! Closing the bank account i have with them. This is honestly disgusting!!!
