I HATE FNB

I have been trying for years to get bank statements and contracts for my accounts with Fnb but to no avail - it seems it doesn't exist. We surrendered our car and didn't even hear a word back from Fnb for 2 years now. This bank is as ************ and as shady as they come. Their customer service is pathetic. After badgering them I get a call now and them to try to pacify me but they still present empty promises. Reckless lending, unsigned contracts, non existent contracts... it seems Fnb is above the law.

As a consumer, they are denying me my basic rights to see the status of my accounts regarding balances, contracts and payments that have been made. Surely this is something that doesn't take months to give a customer.

Its no wonder people started an 'I HATE FNB' campaign years ago!
