I had to do a factory reset on my phone

I had to do a factory reset on my phone. The FNB app will not accept my username. I went to my closest branch, on Friday to ask for assistance. They reset my account on the system, and told me it would take 24 hours to resolve. It is now closer to 72 hours and I still cannot use the app. I have to pay wages today. I have called FNB numerous times, and they keep saying that they will come back to me. I have to ask men who have worked hard, all week, to wait until next week to get paid 😡
