I had numerous *****ulent transactions on my cheque account over a 24 hour period

I had numerous *****ulent transactions on my cheque account over a 24 hour period. Completely obvious that is was ***** and they cleared out my account! I obviously stopped my card and reported the *****. I was told that FNB would need to investigate. Understandable but this was 3 weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING from FNB and no refund of the money! The transactions even have the guys name on it who stole my money!!!!
