I had a personal loan with FNB in 2011 due to unforseen circumstances I could not continue repayment about 3 years ago a money grab of 8k was done from my fnb bank account I quarried it and only 6k was paid back they kept 2000 since then no one has contacted me I have now spoken to the different credit beauros who have advised that the debt is prescribed however fnb is reporting that I am making monthly payments which is not true I have been trying to get hold of FNB legal and collections department for a prescription letter however I keep getting cut off or referred to someone else I need this sorted asap as it's affecting my credit profile negatively
